By using ThumbnailsFast ("the Service"), you agree to these Terms. If you disagree, please do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors and users.
2. What the Service Does
ThumbnailsFast provides a browser-based utility that retrieves publicly accessible thumbnail images from YouTube's CDN using the standard URL patterns YouTube itself publishes. The Service does not download, store, re-host, or distribute any YouTube video content, audio, or metadata beyond publicly available thumbnail images.
3. Acceptable Use
You may use ThumbnailsFast for:
- Personal research, design inspiration, and non-commercial reference
- Educational analysis and academic research
- Journalistic or editorial purposes (with appropriate attribution)
- Technical development and API testing
- Downloading your own thumbnails for backup purposes
You may not use ThumbnailsFast to:
- Download thumbnails for commercial use without the creator's written permission
- Republish, resell, or claim ownership of another creator's thumbnail
- Automate bulk requests in a manner that strains our infrastructure
- Circumvent any YouTube terms of service
4. Copyright
YouTube thumbnails are copyrighted by their respective creators. ThumbnailsFast does not grant you any rights to that content. By using this Service, you acknowledge that responsibility for how you use downloaded thumbnails rests entirely with you. We are a tool, not a licence.
5. Disclaimer of Warranties
ThumbnailsFast is provided "as is," without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the Service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or that thumbnails will always be available (availability depends on YouTube's own CDN). See our full Disclaimer for details.
6. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ThumbnailsFast and its operators shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
7. Changes
